D.I.Y. acceleates on digital tools
The D.I.Y. group Kingfisher announced a new strategic plan “Powered by Kingfisher” which places e-commerce at the heart of all business activities. This initiative plans to develop e-commerce beyond a current 8% share of the group’s total sales. Click & collect is notable for earning 62% of online sales for the 2019-2020 financial year. Kingfisher wants to build a smartphone / mobile and service-focused customer experience by leveraging customer data and analytics to customise content and offerings.
