Seddiqi hosts Gentle Monster in Middle East
South Korean sunglasses retailer Gentle Monster signed an agreement with the Dubai-based group Seddiqi Holding to open in the Middle East. On May 30, 2019, the first Emirati Gentle Monster store opened in the Dubai Mall (300 sq.m of sales area) with a highly robotic staging in compliance with the brand’s DNA. “At the moment, we are concentrating on a single store in Dubai, but we could open some additional stores in the United Arab Emirates and in the Gulf countries in the medium term,” said Christophe Nicaise, Strategic Director of Seddiqi Holding during an interview with Global Retail News.
